On June 5, 2008, we upgraded all WSI Live Chat accounts from Version 4.0 to the new Version 5.1. 
 
If you did not view the email instructions to upgrade your account, please continue reading. Furthermore, if you are experiencing the following error, please read on - "The operator Gui is not compatible with the server: Operator Gui is too old."
 
In order to complete the upgrade process, you must download the new Operator Interface software for Version 5.1. Please make sure you are closed out of your Operator Interface software prior to upgrading.
 
 
If you do not upgrade your Operator Interface software, you will not be able to use your WSI Live Chat account. Our servers are only compatible with Version 5.0 and higher.
 
If you require additional support once you have upgraded your software, please submit your inquiry in one of the following ways:

    • Please include your name, contact information and a detailed explanation of your issue so that we can serve you better. Please include the subject line: "WSI LC V 5.1."
